RLD COMPENSATION PLAN

To become a part of RLD Online Marketing Private Limited, one has to register himself / herself as a Customer with the company by filling a simple registration form available on the website: www.royallife.biz.. A customer of RLD Online Marketing Private Limited can purchase Royal Life products on Distributor Price for personal use.

A customer can become a preferred customer by using a referral code of existing Independent Distributor of RLD Online Marketing Private Limited and can purchase Royal Life products on Discounted Price for personal use.

Once a Customer / Preferred Customer is satisfied with the quality of Royal Life products, he / she may refer these products to their friends, relatives, contacts, etc. and earn financial benefits in the form of incomes and bonuses. To earn these incomes and bonuses, preferred customer has to become an Independent Distributor / Distributor of Royal Life by accepting the contract and has to abide by the terms & conditions of RLD Online Marketing Private Limited.

RETAIL PROFIT:

Selling Royal Life Products directly to the customers is the first step to success and building a solid foundation for your business. Retail Selling is the surest method of earning immediate income even as you build a long term business and satisfied customers.

Retail profit is the margin between the prices at which the Royal Life Independent Distributors purchase the products (Distributor Price / DP) and the price at which these products are sold (Maximum Retail Price / MRP). Royal Life Independent Distributors in RLD Compensation Plan can earn Retail profit of 10% - 20% on MRP of the products.

If any customer wants to purchase Royal Life products and wants to avail the discount, he / she must use a referral ID of an existing RLD Independent Distributor. Any purchase made by the customer using a referral code of an existing RLD Independent Distributor the business volume associated with that purchase will be added in his / her personal business volume.

For Example: Royal Life Charcoal Face wash has a MRP of Rs. 340/-. Royal Life Independent Distributor can purchase the same product on DP which is Rs. 289/- and may resell the same product on MRP and earn Rs. 51/- (i.e 15% profit) on reselling the product.

BUSINESS MATCHING BONUS:

In RLD Compensation Plan, placement of each referred Independent Distributor is done in 2 groups called as 'Even' and 'Odd' business groups. Referrer Independent Distributor will be remunerated on the basis of successfully building sales volume within the placement group.

Business Matching Bonus is calculated on the every purchase made by the Independent Distributors in your sponsored network and the Independent Distributors in their sponsored network. When these Independent Distributors purchase RLD products, then on every purchase some special points are generated called as business volumes (BV) points and these BV points are given to every Independent Distributors and their introducers who purchase products and these BV points are added in all upward sellers.

For Example :- You have 12,000 BV in left group and 10,000 BV in your right group, Business Matching Bonus @ 10% is paid to you on the BV in weaker group as well as 10% from the matching volume on the stronger group. Any unpaid BV carries forwards to the following week as long as you remain active.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP BONUS:

Executive Leadership Bonus is one of the most unique incomes in RLD Compensation Plan. Executive Leadership Bonus is paid to those Independent Distributors who are able to achieve weekly minimum threshold target of Business Matching Bonus i.e Rs. 2,00,000/- per week, they get an increment of 10% on minimum threshold targets and gets it increased to Rs. 2,20,000/- per week.

Independent Distributors in RLD Compensation plan achieves the Executive Leadership Bonus every time they achieve the minimum threshold purchase to the maximum of Rs.7,00,000/-.

LEADERSHIP MATCHING BONUS:

To further reward the Independent Distributors for their sales and sales done by their sponsored Independent Distributors, RLD Compensation Plan compensates the Sponsor Independent Distributors with the Leadership Matching Bonus on the Business Matching Income paid to their Direct Sponsored Independent Distributors.

Independent Distributors earn 100% of the Business Matching Income paid to their Direct Sponsored Independent Distributors as Leadership Matching Bonus.

FAST TRACK COMPENSATION PLAN

FIRST ORDER BONUS:

RLD Online Marketing Private Limited offers exclusive products to its customers / existing independent distributors called as Fast Track Products. Customers / Existing Independent Distributors, who purchase Fast Track products offered by RLD, are eligible for Fast Track Compensation.

RLD Compensation Plan pays First Order Bonus to each Fast Track Independent Distributor to enjoy the products with an ease. You will get First Order Bonus for the Fast Track products purchased by your directly sponsored associate.

TEAM SALES BONUS :

When a Fast Track Independent Distributor introduces a customer directly and such customer buys Fast Track products and becomes a Fast Track Independent Distributor of RLD and he /she too further introduces other customers / Fast Track Independent Distributor, it makes a Fast Track team. Sale of each Fast Track product in a team generates special points called as Fast Track Business Volume (FTBV) for the line of introducer Fast Track Independent Distributors.

Team Sales Bonus is calculated and paid to the Fast Track Independent Distributor based on successfully building sales volume within the placement tree. As your team begins to grow you are entitled to earn Team Sales Bonus based on the total sales volume generated in your weaker group.

For Example : You have 12,000 FTBV in left group and 18,000 FTBV in your right group, Team Sales Bonus @ 10% is paid to you on the GBV in weaker group as well as 10% from the matching volume on the stronger group. Any unpaid FTBV carry forwards to the following week as long as you remain active.

QUALIFICATION BONUS

Leadership is a skill encompassing the ability of an individual to guide other individuals to achieve a goal. In RLD Compensation Plan when aLoyalty Independent Distributor achieves a Leadership Level, company rewards such Independent Distributors with a Qualification Bonus. This Qualification Bonus is paid to the Loyalty Independent Distributors only once when they achieve a Leadership Level.

LEADERSHIP BOOSTER INCOME:


To encourage the Leadership and further reward the Fast Track Independent Distributors for their sales and their downline organization sales, RLD Compensation Plan rewards Fast Track Independent Distributors with Leadership Booster Income. When a Fast Track Independent Distributor reaches the Maximum threshold limit for earning Team Sales Bonus of Rs. 2,00,000/- per week, and one of his sponsored Independent Distributor also reaches the maximum threshold limit for earning Team Sales Bonus of Rs. 2,00,000/- per week, the maximum threshold limit of the sponsor distributor is increased to Rs. 2,10,000/- per week.

DIAMOND BONUS POOL:

RLD Compensation Plan compensates its Fast Track Independent Distributors with Diamond Bonus Pool when they achieve the Diamond Leadership Level. Diamond Bonus Pool is given to the Diamond Leaders as given in the below mentioned table:
